Episode 13, Lesson 5: I’m Angry at the Democrats, but Not for the Reason I think

Lesson 5 invites us to take inventory of persons, things, and events that upset us along with the emotions evoked by those upsets. My upsets are intimately connected with Tuesday’s elections. I feel betrayed by the Democrats. Their failure to follow through on campaign promises offers little reason to vote for them.
